d) ``Application`` means the software program provided by the Company used by You on any electronic device, named ``MMA Conqueror``.
e) ``Agreement`` means the agreement formed between the Users and the Company under, and on the terms of, these Terms of Service.
f) ``You, User`` means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
g) ``Service`` refers to the Application.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Google, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called ``HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?`` below.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Our servers are located in Germany and United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside Germany and United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in the United States, and other countries.

Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. You can at any time delete your account and all the information about you, directly through the app.
